Generative AI platform for peptide biodesign, engineering stable amino acid sequences for targeted disruption of cell membranes of the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa (Pierce's Disease) using parametric plant xylem flow modeling and physics-informed neural networks (PINN) customized for specific cultivar phenotypes (Malbec / Criolla Chica / Olea europaea).

Team

An international core scientific group consisting of PhDs and Dr. Scs in applied mathematics, neural networks, bioinformatics, and phytopathology. The R&D team covers the complete validation pipeline, from training physics-informed models and protein language processing to gram-negative molecular membrane audit and field-level validation.
